Grandparents and Special Friends Day 2025

Join us for Grandparents and Special Friends Day on May 9, 2025!

Primary Commons (Kindergarten-Grade 2)
Mars Room (Grades 3-9) 
If you will be visiting students across different grades, you only need to check in at one location. Please check in at the location of your youngest student. 
 
8:15 am – 9:55 am
Visit classrooms with children
If you are visiting multiple students, please note that you will be given schedules for each student that you are visiting. You may split your time between multiple classrooms and/or grades. Event staff will be available to assist you in locating classrooms and you also will be given a campus map.

9:55 am – 10:10 am
Break & travel time to Harris Theater

10:10 am – 11:10 am

Afternoon Program

The regular school program will resume at 11:30 after the Grandparents and Special Friends Day program has concluded. All students will have lunch as part of their regular schedule.

Families who would like to have their child dismissed at 11:30 am should fill out the Attendance Form to share their dismissal plans and contact their division assistant directly with any questions.

    Parking for visitors on Grandparents and Special Friends Day is available in these locations:

    Harlow Circle
    Please park here if you are visiting a student in Kindergarten-grade 2.
    Harlow Circle can be accessed via Fay School's East Entrance. Click here for directions to the East Entrance, located at 23 Middle Road in Southborough, MA. If you use Apple Maps, please note that this address will take you to an incorrect location that is on the other side of the Sudbury Reservoir. If using GPS navigation, we suggest that you use Google Maps. 

    Behind Brackett House 
    Please park here if you are only visiting students in grades 3-9.
    Brackett House is located at 31 Main Street, Southborough, MA.

    Limited parking in Upjohn Circle
    Please park here if you are only visiting students in grades 3-9.
    Upjohn Circle can be accessed via Fay School's Main Entrance. Click here for directions to the Main Entrance, located at 54 Main Street in Southborough, MA. 

  • Accessible parking & visitors needing assistance

    Accessible parking will be available along the Harlow Circle curb. This area will be designated and monitored by parking attendants. If you are dropping off grandparents who may need slight assistance, please do so at Harlow Circle by the Root Building entrance, where registration will be held. Members of staff will be on hand to help provide assistance.
