School Break Programming

During a few of our school breaks, our boarding students have the option of joining faculty-led trips to experience new sights and cultures, and to connect with other students.

Mid-Winter Break Trip
Mid-winter break at Fay takes place over five days in February, and instead of heading home for this short vacation, many Fay boarders join us on a trip. For the past few years, our mid-winter trip destinations have included Washington, D.C. and Québec, on a trip that includes a walk through the Latin Quarter, a visit to the Ice Hotel, snow tubing, dinner at a “cabane à sucre,” a visit to Martello Tower, and a dogsledding adventure!  

Spring Break Trip
Fay's spring break takes place during two weeks in March and boarding students have the option of joining us for a week during break on an international trip. In the past, students have visited the Galápagos Islands, Ecuador, Iceland, Italy, Spain, France, and England.
