Working at Fay

Make your career one that makes a difference.

Working at Fay means joining a community of students, faculty, staff, and administrators of diverse backgrounds, perspectives, and life experiences who enjoy working and learning together. Our job titles do not reflect all that we do. As an independent day and boarding school with students from Kindergarten through grade nine and an Early Learning Center with children as young as 2.9 years, Fay offers many opportunities to grow professionally and personally as teachers, coaches, mentors, leaders, and contributors to our community.

Fay School seeks candidates who are excited about and supportive of being in an authentically diverse school community. Fay’s high standards of professionalism are maintained through a supportive program of ongoing supervision and evaluation, and a professional development program that encourages employees to grow personally and professionally through workshops, conferences, training, and further education.
