Fay’s campus is home to more than 40 members of Fay’s faculty and staff and their families. As dorm parents, these faculty and staff build strong connections with Fay’s boarding students.
Dorm Parents reside in apartments in student dorm buildings. Their residential life duties include supervising students in dorms before and after the regular academic day and at weekends.
Campus Residents reside in apartments that are separate from dorm buildings. They perform residential life duties approximately one in three weekends and pay a discounted rent for their apartment.
The availability of campus housing varies from year to year. Fay School expects faculty and staff who live on campus to have experience working with students aged 12 through 15, and to actively and effectively engage in the residential life program.
